Do not give him milk for babies, please. It is very hard for them to digest. try feeding some cooked chicken until he gets his appetite back up. That was what I fed my puppy for  a few days until she started eating normally.
Also take her to the vet. He may have internal parasites that are destroysing his appetite and his  insides. good Luck and keep us posted on his progress.

You may also want to supplement him with NutriCal for puppies until he is eating a more balanced diet.

no sweat. If he taking water and he is playing don't be the mother hen.don;t worry too much. Just keep a close eye. Get him what the breeder was feeding him and his father/ mother. Its in the blood. Get him a good kibble food or chicken whatever. But stick to one diet. Under no circumstanbce make sudden changes in the diet. You will ruin the dog.

Tripe, with Sweet potato, chicken etc.
Then you need to find out what foood he was on and eating before.
Either start over with that food, or find a good quality kibble and start to slowly mix it back in to his diet.
Acana is great, they have 3 different choices prairie, grasslands, or pacifica.
Good Luck and keep us posted.
