FCI declares the following elbow gradings:
ED-0 = Normal elbow
ED-1 = Mild dysplasia
ED-2 = Medium
ED-3 = severe
Yet, the SV, even though their brochure states the same gradings, stamp their pedigrees with a, b & c for normal elbows???
Does anyone know anything about the analogy???
Thanks in advance

The SV doesn't stamp the pedigree with letters or numbers, for hips and for elbows they stamp the pedigree with the word normal, fast normal and noch zugelassen. It is just when referring to the grading it is 1,2 or 3 for hips. It used to be letters for elbows, but they changed it to correspond to the hip ratings when advertising etc.
