In honor of our tenth anniversary of HGH herding training in the US we held
an anniversary trial yesterday. The weather was less favorable due to the
high humidity and warm weather. Nevertheless, most performances were still
good. The trial was judged by SV Herding Judge Hans Chifflard. Here is the
order of the placements:
1. Daphne Carey with GSD Berta vom Quasliner Moor, 93 points, V rating
2. Peter Carey with GSD Braveheart vom Quasliner Moor, 88 points, SG rating
3. Kathy DiStaso with GSD Ike vom Dolderbrunnen, 84 points, SG rating and
Kristin Siarkowicz with GSD Abel vom Quasliner Moor, 84 points, SG rating.
Susan Sopranzi with Ariana vom Quasliner Moor retired since her dog seemed
to be close to a heat stroke.
For title only: Ulf Kintzel with Galaxy von Ajaye (owner Maren Friedhoff),
77 points, G rating
The judge remarked on the exceptional independence of the top four dogs. In
addition, all dogs did a very good protection test and all received a
pronounced rating.
We will have our annual trial on October 8. It will be judged by SV herding
Judge Klaus Wuttge.
