Have you looked at Jeffers Pet supply? They have several different types including cheap end stuff (but cheap!) and higher end equipment. I was just looking at their catalog yesterday as I am thinking about buying some agility equipment myself. They are also reasonable on shipping. Give them a look for new and affordable equipment. Just be aware that the cheaper stuff is going to be ... well, cheap.

Premade agility equipment is grossly overpriced. I have bought used childrens play tunnels on ebay and made my own jumps and weaves. There are specs for equipment all over the internet.
