Did that ear ever go up?  You can wait, give him chew bones or foam inserts & glue.  If it has never been up then I personally would use foam inserts and glue.

It looks like it has a crease already.
Has it ever been up?  if not, do the inserts.

If the ear is partially up, I would wait.  Also, if the ear has gone up and then fallen, it will most likely stand.  They go through so many changes, the ears go up and down.  You also can't go by the siblings' ears.  One of my kids walked at nine months and the other at 14 months, same thing, they're all different.  I know you're nervous but I think it will come up on its own.

Sometimes  it as long as 6-8 months , heavy teething has a lot to do with it usually it is of no concern.

Was it ever up?
If so, I would not worry too much.
If not chewing , cottage cheese, etc helps.
I had a female I was ready to place in a pet home whose ear went up on it's own at 11 months.
It happens.
And its not even weak,  ITS UP!
