You have been a help to ALOT of people on this Database. EXAMPLES... from the person looking for a BLK German Shepherd, when I wanted to send t-shirts to Germany. Custom's questions when I went to go pick my pup up. You and the other responder's were right on.
So... THANK-YOU! THANK-YOU! THANK-YOU!
By the way, that Working line page is great!

I always learn so much by reading Silbersee's posts, especially when she talks about any particular dog's history. So, thanks!

One of the things that I like most about Chris is,...she is always willing to offer information regardless of whom ever asks the question......."did I say that right??"
I like reading her posts........I always come away with something from them.
Kudos Chris!!

A little over a year ago, I decided to get back into "showing" dogs with the German S/L after a 10 year absence from the show ring (AKC). I did not know anything about "German" dogs.
Did a lot of research, found this board, contacted Chris about a female she had for sale, told her what I wanted. She told me she did not think her female was right for me. After 30 years in "dogs" this response shocked me as I had never met anyone so honest about a dog at this price.
Long story short, attended Aachen 2008, visited several breeders in Germany afterward and still didn't find what I wanted.
Ended back up choosing Joe and Chris as breeders and this guy:. www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/581217.html
Promise you, I thanked her many times.

I agree, Chris is a wealth of information and generous about sharing it and helping others. I too learn from reading her posts. Thank you Chris!

I agree. There are a handful of people on here who, when I see they have posted go right to the thread whether I am interested in the topic or not, because I probably will learn something :-)
We have a lot of BS and haters to sift through here, but it is nice to know that there are people on here who are willing to help us out. Thanks for your time and wisdom

Wow, you guys! Thank you very much for the compliments! I truly think that we can learn from each other and that we all are in for the same thing: Our GSDs!

Yes, yes kudos to Chris for being an example!! Helpful and nice!
Hey, Chris, how is Gma Chuckie? I luv my Chuckie grandson more everyday. Today he chased my brother, ripped his clothes, bit him and THEN humped his leg. Poor bro didn't understand that moving only makes it worse. Really quite a lot of fun at 5 months old.... ok, I'm scared! hehehe
