LOVED THIS!!!!! The dogs' doing the dance of heeling and looking happy!  I am no expert but those dogs are good! Trainers/ Owners Excellent, but, I am no expert!
The scenery and the mountains... BEAUTIFUL!!  Where is this filmed?

Europe has it made, they have Clubs EVERYWHERE, and can train anytime.

What is the secret to getting a FUSS like that? What is the PRIME TIME age wise  to start SCH with a young dog? Seeing this has really given me the itch! What is your favorite of the exercises? The Tracking, OB, or the Bitework? What is the most difficult for the dog to learn?

TEAMWORK IN MOTION!!!!

Thank you for sharing!

Dawn

I love the "happy feet" too.

I'm sure there are many ways, check "Obedience Without Conflict - Ivan Balaanov, its just one, but he really breaks it down into small steps for owner and dog.......

I want to hear from the people that LIVE, LOVE and BREATHE, SCH! How they really get into the dogs minds and get the most  positive results out of their dogs!

I have a couple of books on this, but the only way to learn is hands on. There are MANY SO CALLED TRAINERS out there but how many of them have ruined a dog in the process from their so called expertise and KNOWLEDGE?

Hey Dawn obedience training in drive is not Rocket science it is the easiest thing in the world if you have learnt the basics from the best of the best and if you have a dog that has high energy and intense drives.Gottfried Dildei a great german trainer was teaching all this stuff to Americans 25 30 years ago you can still buy his tapes.More recently trainer by the name of Michael Ellis has come out with a tape that is produced by Ed Frawley. To me Michael is not showing any thing new that my guru Gottfried was teaching long time ago,but Michael has put his own twist on it and made it really easy and simple that anyone with half brain can learn to teach a dog obedience in drive.I n my openion every one should get this tape especially everyone new to this even people who are not new to this should get it.Also Michael does ring sport so his approcach to certain things refelect that.He is also comming out with a new dvd how to play tug with your dog and all new people to the dog sport should really invest money and get the best knowledge and training basics.have a  nice one.

I agree Held.  This is nothing new, nothing different.   The "secret" if there is one, is to start with a dog who has good drives, and get yourself a good coach.
