You are receiving this email because you are on our Leerburg forum. When you signed up for our forum you chose the option to publically display your email address. This option has been turned off on our web forum and no emails will be publically displayed.
Gary Fujioka Sr goes by a great many aliases. He is a con artist with an extensive criminal history who joined the Leerburg web board about 2 years ago. He has posted 6 times. He lives in Kirkland Washington 98033.
Mr Fujioka used a program to go through the public portion of the web board and gather these email addresses.
He has recently been offering this email list to Leerburg competitors claiming it’s our customer list – which it most defiantly is not. We have the list and Fujioka has included many email addresses that have nothing to do with the Leerburg forum or our customer list.
If you have recently received unsolicited emails from Leerburg competitors we would like to hear about it. Not everyone is as honest as those who have already contacted us about this guy.
We have talked to more than one of the people Fujioka has contacted. We have the list and we have the documentation to verify the allegations I make here.
To get a sense of what Mr Gary Fujioka really is I would point people to the two government web sites for the state of Washington that list criminal histories and civil law suit histories. (http://dw.courts.wa.gov/?fa=home.namesearchTerms ) Just search on Gary Fujioka
Mr Fujioka has an extensive criminal history. He has been sentenced to jail numerous times. He served a year in jail for theft, possession of stolen property (3), criminal trespass and obstruction of justice. He has also been sued 115 times. This is public information on Washington state web sites.
Gary Fujioka claims to be a web designer. He owns a number of web sites:

www.gscomsumerreport.org
plus a number of others.
Before anyone hires this individual to do any web work I would strongly recommend they do a criminal background check on the guy.

Fujioka lives in Kirkland Washington 98033. His DOB is April 3, 1956
Needless to say we have ongoing meetings with our attorney concerning this issue. It was our attorney who recommended making this post.

I too recieved the same e-mail from leerburg! Unfortunately these type of things happen from time to time! Kinda like your cookies being tracked and then sold to a third party?

I got it as well....the age of technology, sometimes it comes up the leash at you! jh
