I wouldn't say there's one best food.  I use Taste of the Wild Smoked Salmon - one of he better foods on the market.

Nutrisource adult dog food works great for me, my dogs have not had a loose stool, there coats look better than they ever have and they are always ready to go.

The several Topics started by the OP are obviously jokes.   ....and people are wasting their time giving the dimwit OP some thoughtful answers on food / parks / poop eating, etc......... pathetic.

You're both right. I fell for it...I'm done training my dog for today, so just killing time. Don't most responsible people usually ask all these questions before getting a dog? And wouldn't a responsible breeder have gone over all of this with "buyer?" Hell were it a puppy I bred, I would have had to decline the sale there till someone did their homework.

To those of you who think some questions are "pathetic".  I was always taught that ANY question deserves an answer.
I am a first time GSD owner, and in the 3 years I've had my girl I have learned a hell of alot from some people here.  I've also asked questions here that NO ONE bothered to answer.  Now when i first got my dog , the breeder had the pups on one of the recalled dog foods and we were already 6 months into that brand when the recall went public, SO- going by what some breeders recomend isnt necessarily the correct thing to do.  With that said, where are we supposed to learn about our breed, here would be the logical place.  We are not all professional dog breeders , vet's  or experts and just want and need a little advice once in awhile. No need to be rude.  Would it kill some of you experts to just answer a simple question
without trying to ridicule or hurt?

another reason I dont post much here!
