Hans, I know the time it did that to me, I hit the back button, because when I post and click General Dog

Forum, it keeps taking me back to the topic/thread.

Anyway, that time I hit the back button to the page where it submitted my post and bingo , it submitted it again.

I have heard of people trying to or even biting dog's in the ear in order to establish leadership position. If it would work it would be a dangerous short cut. I do not know if it is a good or bad idea as far as establishing relationship goes. I just would not do it because I do not want to get bit in the face. Once was enough.(Different scenario).
I personally believe that best way to establish leadership positing is through proper obedience training, yes  /  no discipline, discipline to stick to the demand at all cost, regardless how much the dog "fighting" back and is rebellious.,... and then reward him when the dog submits and does what you are asking him to do . Fairness to the dog. Teaching him that good things are coming through me. Make him earn treats or prey rewards (tug of war) by simple command and demand response. And most importantly live with the dog. Have a fun with the dog. Enjoy the dog. He will recognize that. Make him deal with adversity and make sure he always wins. Praise him vigorously  after wards. Constancy, persistence, repetition. I could write a book over here on this if I get into details. :)

P.S. I am using "him" since in Czech Dog =Pes is masculinum. This obviously is applicabe to females as well.
