She is SG in show, so I assume not liver. So this is just the sun browning out a bicolor?

That's what it looks like to me (sunbleached bi color) , but I'm no expert.

Looks like bi-color to me......"sun or dead undercoat" can sometimes give that "reddish" undertone to the black on dogs.

definately not a liver. Sunbleached coat is right. Like a sunbleached black horse.
I've seen a surge in liver dogs lately, I've even seen a person advertising a faded black/tan dog as being liver when it clearly had a black nose and dark eyes.

Bi-colour with a brown undercoat, in certain sun conditions i.e late afternoon the coat gets a brown cast.
