Here's the latest photos....
Hoss, the largest male pup, named after the late Dan Blocker, who was a big son of a gun, too!

This little girl weighed 8.5 oz. at birth (the largest pup was 21 oz!) She is now the second heaviest of the 3 females! I just might be taking her home sometime soon...
This girl is obviously plush (the term Shiloh folks use for a longcoat.) Her fur is unbelievably soft!

Blockbuster, the second largest male. Compare him to a GSD of the same age, and you'll see how much bigger the Shilohs are.

When they start getting underfoot, and into mischief, you'd SWEAR there were more than 7 of them....

Not sure which pup this is...maybe #7, which my friend dubbed 'Sir Prize', as the mother had already had 6, when the vet predicted only 3 or 4.... but he sure is CUTE!

If they were the correct size, they might be some nice looking shepherds. I like #1 and #4 best. Thnx for sharing.
Just how heavy are they (and age at time of weight)?
Btw, are there any titled Shilohs (who jump)?

They were 5 weeks on Sunday.

??? Not sure what you're asking. Shilohs aren't recognized by the AKC, therefore can't get AKC titles. They show in their own 'specialty' shows, as well as under the IABCA. They also work in therapy, obedience, herding and SAR. My friend has been doing agility classes with her two, but has not put them in any competitions. They are EXTREMELY smart, and, like our GSD's can be very inventive at getting into mischief when bored!
The last weights my friend posted in their blog were at 10 days, and ranged from 55 to 25 oz. (16 oz. equals 1 lb.)

My friend weighed them today, and at one day shy of 6 weeks, the heaviest pup is 15 lbs., the lightest 9 lbs.
The pup I am hoping to get was by far the smallest at birth, at 8.5 oz.
She is now....[drumroll, please!] 10 lbs, the same weight as the largest girl!
GO TEENA!!!

The litter evaluation is in 2 weeks time, and I'm waiting for the breed founder to tell me if she thinks she's show/breed quality. If she isn't, I'll wait for another litter. There's one I have my eye on already...

They are extremely smart, as I hear the Shiloh's are too. Good luck with your puppy!
