Do you scold her and point out her mistakes?
Praise is good but she must know what is not also, you didn't say.
Are you trying to house break her or crate train her? There is a difference.
These things take time and there will be accidents no matter what you do.
Timing is important as is the way you teach.
So..... crate training, or (potty) house breaking?

I remember your earlier posts now.
If you keep a close watch on her you will notice her signs.
She may start looking around like she's lost something but she's really trying to find the right spot.
She may whine or wimper in the crate when she feels the pressure to go.
Watch for the tells, then put her outside and give her enough time to take care of business.
I'm still working on mine but she's coming around finally.
Most mistakes now are my fault.

You are asking a lot of your puppy! 10 weeks! Some can take up to a year to figure it out. Fortunately GSD are usually smarter than that. What are you doing when she pottys inside? Don't ever punish her & especially don't rub her nose in it. Scoop her up mid stream or poop (you can wash your hands later) and run for the door telling her the whole time "outside". If you find a mess after the fact, bring her to it, point at it and in a stern voice tell her "outside". When you have her outside and she does her business are you telling her something like "good girl! get busy or go pee!"? When she does what you want reward her with lots of praise and then tell her inside and take her in. Some dogs will hold it as long as they can because they know it means fun time is over and they are going back in. If you take her in, praise her, give her a little treat and then go back outside saying "let's go out" She'll figure out the difference quickly. Outside means do your business, out means lets go play. If you do it this way you have time to go back out and pick it up and dispose of it while she is inside so she won't run thru it or eat it when you go back out. It's hard to read a pup. You're going to have to make several trips, some won't be productive but watch for the signs. Nose down, walking in circles, crying. You should be taking her out as soon as she wakes up, immediately after she eats or drinks and if she gets excited while playing. Those are triggers. I taught my girl to speak by teasing her with a treat while I held my right hand forefinger to thumb next to my right eye. As soon as she makes a squeak reward her with the treat. She will soon figure out how to speak to get that yummy. Then after she has it down pat, take her to the door (stick to one door at first) and give her the signal to speak and when she does out you go. Try to get a poop or a pee out of her, praise and back inside. Keep in mind when she learns how to get you to open the door there will be times that she just wants out and you will have to figure out which it is but it sure is better than cleaning up messes. Good luck! Expect it to take a while. Rare is the pup that has it in 2 weeks!

oooohhhhh....you are giving the poor thing too much freedom! At this age....you have to determine when she goes to the bathroom. Confinement and supervised play with numerous bathroom breaks. After food...play....sleep!
