Hi,
I'm new on here and pretty much new to this "world" as well and I had a question about a puppies kennel name.
If someone were to breed their female to someone else's male and keep one of the puppies, would the puppy's kennel name be that of the dam's or does it matter?
Thank you,
Ruse

But the stud owner can make it part of the contract that their puppy comes with full registration & no kennel names or logos so that they can register the puppy themselves.

OR, the stud owner and bitch owner agree between themselves which kennel name will be used, even combibing both names. There are also cases where the bitch owner contracts to uise the kennel name of even a third party.

There are no hard and fast rules.
