Very dangerous.
I warned a friend who wanted a pup from a 2-2. He bought the pup anyway. Dead by 11 months. Way too many double recessives coming forward puts the dog at vastly increased risk.
Of course, you may get away with it. If fact, some puppies may do badly and others ok. The ones who grow old healthfully can be counted on to have a clean genetic bill of health. They are the ones who doubled on the healthy side of things, genetically speaking.
