Possible rescue in North/Central Florida - Page 1

My neighbor came across this dog while working for her rescue group (she does Aussies and Border Collies-god bless her!!!). He's listed at Citruscritters.com. He listed as a GSd/Catahola mix(? WTH) -sure looks like a small black GSd to me...  I don't anything else about him but if someone is interested, I attached the link below.
