I was sure that my dogs look skiny and some people might think they don't get enough food but man this guy beats me... and he is in business of selling dogs... I just don't know if I would be able to buy any dogs from him based on that one picture....

A lot of dogs that come over from Europe are super thin like that! I helped a friend get a female from over seas and I was the one that had to pick her up at the airport and I was SHOCKED at how thin this bitch was! The vet said she was AT LEAST 18lbs. underweight, AT LEAST! We did nothing but free feed her for a month to get her into shape! It was REALLY disappointing to spend 4K on a dog and it comes in like that!

I lived most of my life in europe and to be honest back yard breeders dogs did not look as bad as this for sale dog. Kind of dissapointing I think. Like they are more into making money but than that would not be a big surprsie. I am pro lean dogs don't misunderstand me. My females are lean and for some are underweight but not as bad as this male.

Yes, it is sad to see them come in like this but very typical from what I have seen. Looks like he would be a pretty boy, with some weight up on him.

Now that dog is skinny!
What I consider to be ideal is to be able to see a dim outline of the dog's ribs when his head is down and he's eating or drinking, but they shouldn't be all that visible when his head is up, and they surely shouldn't be STICKING OUT when he is standing. I think that dog needs a bit more food!
