READ THIS, ITS MEGA IMPORTANT, I DEFINETELY KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!
My german shepherd dog also has this problem, and my dad is a vet. So I get him to check up on her, and he told me that she cries when she scratches her ear, because she has a lack of earwax, so she doesnt have the protection she needs. I think this also runs througth the family, as all of my dogs brothers and sisters have the same problem, and her mother had the same problem. Check with whoever you got the puppy from if her/his mother or father had this peoblem, and if her/his brothers and sisters have this problem. This is mostly common in pure breeds.
