Hey folks... Read between the lines. I know Shelley and I do believe she needs our help.

I hear someone who now only has two choices, maybe some could  help her with a place to stay or she's going to have to walk right back into the hell she escaped from in the first place.

If  any of you who have a large enough place for her to stay that would be great too.

Maybe some of us can contribute some gas money to get where she needs to go, that would be a big help to her and her beloved dogs.

I think Wal*Mart has a deal going where someone can send money up to $100.00 for only $10.00.

If you are willing to help our friend Shelley, maybe you can leave her a note in her inbox and she can give us the closest Wally world near her.

Come on folks, we can at least help out one of our own!

Shelley is more than welcome at our place.  If she wants to come my way and we will be more than happy to help her out to get her here.

Shelly, do you have a PayPal account we could donate to? That's the least complicated way.

I once tried helping out a friend in the States. I sent a money order. The bank held it up for nearly a month, as they were afraid it was bogus!!

Next time someone needed help, I drew some U.S. funds from the bank, put it inside a card, so you couldn't easily tell it was there, and sent it off. They say NEVER SEND CASH BY MAIL, but this time it worked a lot better than the stupid money order!! It arrived just in the nick of time, too, as he didn't even have money to buy food.

Hell just might be back on the menu if something doesn't change soon. The very lives I sought to preserve, so important to me, but such a pain in the ass for any host/hostess, are the strongest reason I have for continuing existence.

Limbo City is not a good place. I either have to find a way to move forward, or take a HUGE step backwards, and soon.
Anybody have a spare bottle of Prozac? No doctor in the world would deny me a prescription if I could afford an appointment.

I am a proud woman... or WAS, most of my life. This last 10 years or so I have been up, and down, and up and down again. I am most comfortable as the helpER, not the helpEE. But this time I am in a hell of a fix, worst ever.
My dogs are my life. anyone who knows me, has ever known me, knows that.
Without help, quite a bit of it, and very soon, I lose them all.
That simple.

How in the hell did I get into this mess?

Bijou nearly chalked up another man (helper) down yesterday, following in my beloved Onyx's pawprints.

Gotta love a banger. OK, maybe it was a little cruel to tell that novice helper to run "thataway..." as fast as he could. He insisted he wanted to feel a "real" dog. To his credit he did manage to get a foot down under him at the last minute and save landing on his face, but the video is gonna make good blackmail material someday if he decides to stick with the sport. LOL

I may be cutting my head off but I will help you all I can but we all need to know WHAT YOU WANT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  tELL US WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH THE REST OF YOUR LIFE??? REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE A FRIEND WHO SAID THAT HE WOULD NEVER LEAVE YOU! Sometimes the best thing is to go back home to family ! If you decide to go back home I am sure we can all help you get there! So now it is time for all those here to step up to the plate and hit a single or double or even a home run for shelly and her dogs.

Don't go back to that shit hole or that asshole that lives there Shelley. I have 2 spare rooms, a real small yard but we could take turns crating dogs and rotate them out in the 2 kennels I do have and a 3rd in the yard itself. I have a park 3 houses down perfect for OB work and playing ball. We both work 6-7 days a week and you'd have the place to yourself most hours. It's no palace, just 1 bathroom but it's yours until you can find better. If you have spare kennels, that would help. How many dogs do you have with you anyway?

For those of us who do not frequent this board every day, what is Shelley's situation?

ShelleyR

by ShelleyR on 10 August 2009 - 02:08

... best not discussed in depth on a public forum.
Thanks,
SS

Oh ok, but it IS ok for someone to make a request for money from others for you on a public forum? Don't you think people should know what they are donating to?
