Someone advertising with this kennel name owes a number of people money for puppies that were never concieved. The woman went underground. If anyones knows her whereabouts or info about where to pursue her, I'd appreciate a holler. The last time I heard, she was in Kentucky.

You mean that someone is currently advertising with this kennel name (Melissa Kolbe)??

It's been a few years. I do believe the name was Melissa Kolbe. I do not believe she is still advertising by that name. She took a few people's money (deposits); females never got pregnant, demanded more money in order to purchase puppies from a future litter, then changed phone # and e-mail and could no longer be reached. They'd like to get their money back as a puppy is not forthcoming. The last one goes back to 2004. Any advice?

She used to advertise in Dog World Mag.
