I had a few questions and emailed the WDA office. I got both a call and an email from Joy within 24 hours!

Not what you expect from bureaucracy! This is a good sign for those of you considering alternative registries.

I am a member of both the WDA and USA. I have called and spoken to Joy in the past and she was very helpful and efficient. I have had similar experiences with USA. Both organizations have always answered my questions and been responsive to my requests. I have had only pleasant experiences dealing with both USA and WDA over the years.

No complaints here, just the opposite.

I've had the same....

Both offices have either emailed me or called me back very quickly with any questions.

Yep, I haven't needed to call the WDA in a number of years, but I do remember Joy was helpful!
