She looks alert and healthy,
How much does she weigh ?
Its hard to tell size from a picture without something to reference to.

65-70 lbs moons. shes very alert ,real high strung, just all over herself trying to please you.If I can settle her down a little, I think I could do something with her in competition obedience. I don't think she would ever make a bite dog though.

Michael,
p
I llove the look of her.  She looks almost like mine.  Mine's 18 months but I can't seem to get any pics uploaded.
I'll keep trying.  They look alot alike.

I have that problem with Indy sometimes, getting him to settle down before I try to work with him.
A long slow walk helps to calm him sometimes before we start anything serious.
Depends on what your working on as to how much calm you need.
Mine get to cut loose after we're done.   On hot days its a swim, other days just tossing a ball or a stick.
If you don't want to do any bite work I wouldn't worry about it, I find agility and obstacles fun, tracking can be fun.
An obedient dog is a good feeling, mine does so well until I go to show her off, then she stabs me in the back !!
On purpose !!  lol.    She's just like that, puts me in my place sometimes, she's a remarkable dog.
She looks great Micheal49.

Moons,
It's my shortcomings as a trainer, that hinders me.She has surpassed my ability to keep up in a lot of ways. When I take her out to work, she goes thru every thing we've done without me, sit, platz, front, heel, stay, like a robot.I end up with a stupid look on my face, wondering how do I get back in the lead position at this point.I've never corrected her other then tone change.Doing that brings on another round of this behavior, and the look see I can do all of this, without you telling me.I'm not used to a dog that is this willing to please, and I don't want to damage the bond with her,so I'm kinda stuck at this point.Shes food and ball driven, but a reward of either,or just simple praise, brings on another round of I can do it all.Maybe you or someone else that reads this can advise me on where to go from here.I ADMIT THE DOG IS SMARTER THEN I AM IN OBEDIENCE.

She's beautiful!  Sounds like you need to wear her out a little before starting the obedience.  Will she trot next to you on a bike?  Maybe just take her for a short jog or a long walk before asking her to do anything.  Sometimes you just have to take the edge off.  I think it's wonderful that she is so eager to please.  She is going to be fabulous on the field when she settles down.  Good luck with her.
