I have only had the opportunity to see a few traffic tests for the BH and I'm curious about what type of things are done.  What other types of things have you seen done for the traffic test?

Judge Mike Hamilton
-walk down busy road - biker, jogger, cars (horn)
-2 dogs trialing for BH with handlers stepping in closer and closer to each other (test for dog aggressiveness)
-dog sits in center of crowd without handler, crowd starts walking around the dog, eventually closes in on dog - handler calls dog out of circle

The other BH I saw was under a Canadian judge (I think Dave Grant)
-jogger, bike, car (horn)
-a crowd of people with pretending to party w/music on in the car - handler had to enter the crowd, shake hands with people
-tie dog to post and neutral dog and stranger (judge) approached while handler was away

I think it's pretty wide-open and up to the Judges' descretion.   When Brago got his BH, it was just bicycles, cars and a line of people w/dogs.

Sunnyside,
Most are similar to the first that you posted with Mike Hamilton.  I actually did a BH under SV Judge Gerald Groos years ago where he made everyone go to a shopping center for the traffic portion.  You had to heel through the strip center and onto the street with actual traffic.  They are all some variation of what you have seen.  Each judge has their own unique way of doing the BH, but they are all relatively similar.

Yea, most are pretty similiar.  I saw one judge that actually did each dog individually for the car, bike, and jogger.  I remember because I was the biker!   LOL   I've seen the dog downed in a very tight circle of people, then called out of that circle for one portion...

Another popular one I saw and also went through myself with my dog, is the scenerio where the dog is tied to the post with a 5 feet slack line and told to sit or lie down. I had to walk out of sight away from the dog.  A another person and her dog walks pass and the tied-up dog to see if it will remain calm and unaffected.  Any lunging or aggressive reaction is not acceptable.

Over here in Belgium you tie your dog to a post, other dogs and handlers walk by your dog must remain as if it does not care , each dog is tied and the others walk by, You walk and a car passes from both directions, a Cyclist goes by ringing his bell and joggers then pass the dog and handler from both directions
You then walk your dog into a group of people who are laughing and joking and he must sit in the middle of the group which closes up, the handler tells the dog to AF, lay down still in the middle of the group, then sit, after the dog leaves the group. He then approaches the Judge who tests it to see if it has two testicles that is Males only. he checks the Tattoo or Chip to see all is correct, Then tells you if you have passed or failed
