Has anyone ever heard of a site called www.designandapup.com? It is a website designing place and when you get a website through them they take part of the money and buy a pup which they give to a family that couldn't otherwise afford it...........WTF? I heard about this from someone on an all breed forum who says they actually took him to a petstore and bought him a siberian pup..............................

These families obviously want an expensive purebred, a quality one,- like from a pet store. 
Gee, what a lovely gesture on their part. Do they also pay for the food and the vet bills? Crazy.

Why don't they use the funds to "promote" adoption from their local shelters??? Money better spent....IMO.
