Wow Marnie Scum of the earth rose, ENJOY that visit from the Humane socity, Theives and con artists, Just out to steal your dog and sell it on their fake ass web site!!! You'll be shut down. Um, I spoke with Mrs. Rose, funny thing is this person signed over the papers of this said dog

after being in vilotaion of their breeder's contract which this was done & over with a year ago.

Mrs. Rose has been nothing but kind & educational with us. What do you have to back up your

claims?

With hubby being in L.E. we like "proof" in writing, statements or tape recordings

( we are really good at that, keep us safe when buying pups  from less then honest people )

Court can be fun when all they have is your signature signing over the dog & the microchip with

a vilotaion of a breeders contract, and they are ready to counter sue

Thats funny, She must have screwed another person over! not a Shocker! Because I don't need a claim, You don't know me you don't know all the diff claims I've seen!!! I didn't allow her to SCAM me..... Bitc* didn't get SHI* from me, Thank god i did my Research first ,and I've been to her Lovely house smelled like shi* and her back yard looks like the damn Central American jungle, so safe for all 16 to 20 dogs she has. Back her up all you want, Guess what, I'm sure the dogs appreciate it. But i can back up that she will be reported for abuse and neglect till I'm blue in my face , slander? well see when she gets a visit . Cant be slander if its true.

OH and your so called (L.E) Who gives a shi* I don't. =) I'm SO HAPPY SHE DIDN'T GET HER DIRTY HANDS ON MY MONEY LOL Such a relief.

Those people are proud of thier work, and if they can sleep at night with thier giant skid mark white fruit of the looms then I applaud them. I could never mistreat, choke or abuse an animal.They are stronger than I am and see thier "animals" as property and money in thier pocket. Eventually thier fake training (since they were booted from the cols shuzland, don't care if it's spelled wrong, and they cant trial them in it ) they will that find karma or God will be staring them in the face. There will be no more posts from me about it, everything is sewage water under the broken down bridge on 13th. I forgive you for everything you have done to me, and that is more than I care to go into. I wish you nothing but luck, happiness, love and prosperity in all your endeavors. Where Karma or God is concerned, I can't control him except pray he has mercy on you. Much love in all sincerity to you.

May I ask to back up with what you say?  Can you prove any of this?

do you hold the current AKC papers?
did you report to the police or animal control?
did you file with BBB?

with results in your favor?

What's done and said is done, fish someone else for info.

I am sorry if I had offended you, I just would have loved to see some facts to back up what was said, nothing more or less.

Oregon, unless you are Marnie herself (or her husband or close family member--who would actually have a reason a to defend her, for family's sake) then I highly suggest you visit the Rose Haven kennel in person before you defend them. 
This so-called kennel and breeder are notorious in Ohio for extremely poor ethics and poor care of their dogs.  Make sure to check out their basement and backyard.  They've been involved in breeding mastiffs, dobes, rotts, mals, dutchies, cane corsos, presa canarios and mix breeds and more.  They've tried to get people to go into creating new breeds or "resurrecting" breeds (that never existed.) 
Marnie has had many civil and criminal cases against her in the Franklin County municipal courts (including from Animal Control), if your husband really was an L.E. then that would be the first thing you should have checked before defending this person.
Also, if your husband really is with the L.E. then he should know how good criminals can be at smooth talking and pulling the wool over your eyes.   

I'm just glad I've never been sucked into doing business with this person, I am sorry that some of my friends have been in the past.

over your eyes."    Yup, been there & just done that & lost out butts on that one. This is why we checked out our last breeder & was shocked.

The new people we worked with are AWESOME! And to say the least we are very pleased with them! We spoke with many people,

and never heard 1 bad word yet about them or their stock. Yes hubby is L.E. but when we bought our pups, we were doing this

"blind man walking" & trusting as his web site claimed. Never again. We know have a breeder that we love & trust plus we will be buying

from again. we found them via from another Military family. That is the one good thing about Military, we really do help each other out,

so after we talked to lots of other guys, we were told where to go. They have many repeat customers that are all happy so they are in

a book that is just for Military buy list & black list book
