To funny. I had a case actually cut so someone could get inside it and steal a viedo camera. All they would do is have the lugguage fixed. I could not believe it, the lock and strap were cut and still they would not reimburse for the camera. This is so wrong, thier employees steal, I found it right when I got the piece from the luggage area, was not like I even got home and then reported it, reported it right there and then.
