I am amazed that most Americans can't even speak Spanish, much less Canadian, and they are our neighbors!!
Yet the rest of the world is multi-lingual for the most part.

Moons -- speak Canadian ??? I believe that English and French are the most common languages in Canada.

Moons, only the province of Quebec speaks French, and almost half of Quebec speaks English. The rest of Canada speaks English. I'm sure some of our Canadian friends will correct me if I'm wrong.
