Hello all,
I am working on a missing person case and I was told that the local police department in Lamesa Texas does not have
a K9 team to do search and rescue.
Does anyone know of a team close to Lamesa Texas or Lubbock Texas?
If so, do they volunteer their time to look for missing persons?
They can contact me to get more information -- we are hoping the police find the missing gentleman but I thought I would try to recruite some help.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Nicole

This is a fairly good team http://www.searchone.org/faq.html

They are in the Dallas Fort Worth area but like most teams they do travel outside their immediate area.  Please keep in mind though that any Search and Rescue team you bring it will need to be coordinated with the local police.  There may be issues with jurisdiction and access to the search areas especially if they are on private property.

I talked briefly with the original poster.  the missing person was found without a rescue team.  but she does appreciate the suggestions from everyone.  I believe she has went out of town but will check private emails if you would like to contact her.
