Pedigree Question - Page 1

I am trying to figure out the dogs lines based on their pedigree.  I know the American numbers but not sure on others.  How can you tell what lines you have with these numbers:

SV is the German Registry, Thats the only one I know!

CMKU is a Czech registry, I believe

That SUCH 42905/02/04 should be SUCHNO 42905/02/04 - it is a GSD female Ema z Plechaca G,HD A, SVV 1, BST 5CI5/55. SUCHNO 34305/98/00 is Nike Egidius, V, HD A, SVV 1, IPO 3, SchH 3, BST 5JV5/55.

P.S. SUCHNO is Slovak.

On the FCI recognized registries I noticed not all contries are repesented.  Is there a list that have all country codes?

Also, I never heard of the FCI.  What does FCI stand for?

Please help a newbie learn.  I really would like to know more about pedigrees and how to figure them out.

Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI), is an international federation of kennel clubs based in Thuin, Belgium. The English language translation, World Canine Organisation, is not often used.

Its goals are described in Article 2 of their regulations:

The aims of the F.C.I. are to encourage and promote breeding and use of purebred dogs whose functional health and physical features meet the standard set for each respective breed and which are capable of working and accomplishing functions in accordance with the specific characteristics of their breed; to protect the use, keeping and breeding of dogs in the member countries; to support free exchange of dogs and cynological information between member countries and initiate the organization of exhibitions and tests.
 

SPKP is Slovak - it is for many breeds except for GSDs - they have SUCHNO as mentioned above.SHPK was also Slovak in the past,it does not exist any more.
