This is a disturbing and disgusting saga of dog being used as a weapon against two women in separate incidents. One woman was actually coming to this maniac girl's aid at the time. http://www.komonews.com/news/local/50094707.html

I am in shock! That is absolutely sickening! Those poor women. Where were all the men?

I hope they stick it to that chick, she is a menace to the world.

She clearly has serious mental problems. And, as often happens, her family is apparently "hiding" her, because now she has disappeared and didn't show up for her court appearance. The dog, meanwhile, is at the county shelter and scheduled to be PTS.

Fortunately, it has not reached that level in the US, yet. Certainly, that has not been the case in the Seattle area. While the pits may be used to intimidate as guard dogs at drug-dealers' homes, they have not been "sicced" on members of the public the way this maniac girl did.

These women have been deeply traumatized. The idea that the first woman stopped because she thought she might be able to help the kids, and was then attacked is enough to make normal, rational people hesitate if they find themselves in the same situation. After all, there was an 11 year old that was part of the group with the dog, and the attacker was a girl. Had it been a group of clearly teenage (e.g. 16 + yo) boys, in all probability, neither woman would have gotten involved at all. These were Good Samaritans who may never stop for anyone else ever again.

If I had my way, that little maniac would be tried as an adult, so she could get some serious mental health assistance.

This makes me so angry! We will lose our precious dogs, they will pass laws that we can not have them at all! It is not the dogs fault, throw away the people!

    There was a woman on one of the shows on animal planet also, that sent her pitbull out after the dog catcher. The woman(dog catcher) was bit very seriously as the dog owner sat right there watching the other wopman scream as she was getting tore up.
     I believe an on-looker got the dog off her, and the dog owner went right to jail. Right where she should have gone. I have had pitbulls, still have my sons that is 12-13 years old. They really are VERY SWEET dogs if raised properly.
     There are too many punks that use their dogs as their back bone. I too believe that person should be charged as an adult and suffer the full consequences of her actions (including those actions that caused the dog to be PTS).

The "parents" should not only be criminally charged, as well, the two women should sue them to hell and back, too. Unfortunately, they probably don't have a pot to piss in...or, a window to throw it out.

I have always loved those idiots who use their dogs as their courage. Those selfish idiots make me wish for mandatory spay/neuter laws for stupid people. I would love to find a special prison where we turn these idiots loose on each other, the survivors get food and water at the end of the day, if they put on a good enough show that is.
