I thought some of you might be interested to know that threads from this board are appearing among the court documents in one of the lawsuits involving Wayne Cutty/Kraftwerk.   You may well want to keep that in mind as you post on ANY threads.

Unfortunately it usually takes successful lawsuits to bring about a reasonable degree of self control by morons on uncontrolled boards. I and several others wait patiently for a successful lawsuit against the diabolical "rip-off" board.

People need to be responsible for what they say on the internet and not make wild accusations based on NO FACTS WHATSOEVER.

I have not gone through all the documents and statements from the most recent lawsuit, yet.   But, what I am reading from the [former] Kraftwerk employees is the same as what they post here.

What does frost my ass, though, is that at least one of them also WENT TO PETA!!  I simply do not understand that at all. You blast ALL OF US with that type of ____ action.   Did you think for one second that your actions would attract PETA's attention to the schutzhund/SV-style show community, that they probably didn't even have a clue about???????   It was irresponsible, narcissitic, self-absorbed idiocy. Go to the county prosecutor with your claims, NOT PETA.  Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face...

I am no fan of Wayne Curry.  He is certainly no fan of mine, either (You are known by the friends you keep and the enemies you make).   In nearly twenty years in the same area and sport, we have yet to have an actual conversation of 12 words or more.  Do I believe it  he destined for "doggie sainthood"?  HELL, NO!  He is going straight to hell.   Do I believe he richly deserves the heartburn the La Rues, McClendon, et al are giving him?  Yes!   Do I wish you well in your efforts?  Affirmative.  JMHO

But, now, I also must hope that your irresponsible appeal to PETA does not come to bite ME and mine in the ass!!  You know, those of us who love our dogs, treat them well (mine are personally better cared for than some children-sad, but true), make major decisions with their well-being in mind (like that big-ass car payment I just committed myself to last week, so my male would be more comfortable!!),
and...have never done anything to you.    We are not "collateral damage" or acceptable losses.
I don't have documents from all the court cases, yet.   Lord knows, I hope not to see any more individuals trying to enlist PETA in their campagin against Wayne Curry.

The enemy of my enemy is never my friend....but, may be a temporary ally.  You guys may need to refine who your enemy actually is here.  I am not inclined to be "collateral damage."

if, what people have said, is the truth then how can they get in trouble for that?  stick to the truth and you've nothing to worry about.

Mystere, thank you for the information. Regardless of who is correct or incorrect regarding the practices of this kennel the outcome of the case(s) should offer closure for all parties affected. I have no stake in any of it, but do watch and listen with interest as this kennel is mentioned many times on the PDB.

Ziegenfarm, et al; yes the truth is a powerful thing. The truth will win (usually) in a court of law. I think it best to remind all posters that while truthful statements do not constitute either libelous (written) or slanderous (spoken) character degradation, until the time these statements are proven beyond doubt there may be extreme hardships and expenses to endure.

So many time a "fraud" or "deceit" thread begins correctly, and the gang here piles it on with "guess what I heard too?" Heresay is just that - heresay. And we have the flip side, if you will - the type of thread that eventually shows it to be obvious that the owner (or purchaser) is 50% of the problem or 100% of the problem and is making false accusations or witholding information.

Civil court is no fun, even for a minor fraud case. And even if judgement is awarded - collecting can be a different matter. State the facts - nothing but the facts. Be sure you are correct in all manners regarding the law, and then let the other party "have it" if you will. But be prepared to shell out a lot of cash, time, and energy until you achieve satisfaction.

Best Regards,
Bob-O

Christ, that's all we need, PETA sticking their nose in schutzhund, where we beat them with sticks, force them to be vicious, make them run 12 miles next a bike, fire gunshots to try and scare them....I can imagine the ramifications of those wackadoos setting their sites on our sport.

KCzaja,

If that is your opinion of what you do to your dog I am sorry for you, and definately for your dog!

I have never seen an enthusiest of schutzhund discribe training in such a manner as you have described above. Nor have I seen them force a dog to be vicious or beat them with a stick. You may want to find another trainer and or club.

Or at least keep your dog home when going to your dog torcher sessions.

just my opinion, mahon
