I ordered from the more than 15 days ago and paid extra for "air shipping and urgent handling." I've received nothing and numerous emails to the address (actually EVERY address on their contacts page) on their site have bounced. I've also called multiple times during the "business hours” listed on the website and only get a messaging system. Repeated voice messages have been unanswered. Their website states that most products arrive within 7-9 days. I think it is reasonable to assume common items like sleeve covers should arrive sooner if one pays EXTRA for expedited shipping. Regardless, I expect timely communication. I've seen good reviews here, although I was a little concerned about ordering out of the USA. Now I'm wondering if my concerns were founded.

Thanks for any input on how to reach these guys.

Hi Calvin,
I have ordered from FDT in the past and had no problems, I have always been very happy with the quality of the items, but delivery has always taken a little longer than with other companies, which has not been a problem for me.  I didn't even realize there was the option to pay extra for "air shipping/urgent handling".  I too would be very concerned, especially if the emails are coming back undeliverable.  Has your credit card been charged?

Please keep us posted and thanks for the "heads up" too.  I know I and probably anyone who was thinking of ordering equipment  from FDT will most likely  want to be sure your situation is resolved first, to avoid any similar problems.

I take it you tried the following email addresses:    fordogtrainer@fordogtrainer.com  ;
   support@fordogtrainer.com  ;    webmaster@fordogtrainer.com

I have not had any problems, sometimes the item that is needed to be shipped has to be made first. Then sent to US. Where that person sends it to you ups. It might have been held up at customs.
Always,
Cee

They did charge my card and the 3 email addresses provided sueincc were the ones tried that bounced.  When I ordered from them earlier this year the item took the # of days they stated.  Not sure what is up this time.

Cee I agree, still  it is very troubling that  their emails are bouncing back and they are not returning phone calls.

I received a PM that indicated that they ship urgent orders via a service that delivers through the USPS, not UPS. I called my local PO and sure enough, they’ve got a package sitting there for me that contains “dog supplies.” I’m not sure what is up with the communication issues, but I did get my stuff. The emails that bounced were sent from Gmail, where I was able to receive emails from them just fine -as I got one when I placed my order. Not sure why mine would have bounced as the addresses were copied directly from the website. This could be a gmail issue however… Re. the calls – still haven’t heard anything back and one was last week.

Bottom line, got my stuff and am happy. Just wished I’d been able to sync up with them vs. turning here for help.

Another update - just got an email from Julia with FDT.com.  She sent me a tracking number and indicated that it would be arriving via USPS.

See all is well, they have been great people to work with, the internet has been weird across the great pond, not sure what is going on either. I have had things bounce back undelivered all last week and this week too.
Always,
Cee
