To funny, I worked for the banking system in the 80's when young and naive. I found them to be the biggest crooks, I have some really funny stories, dam sad. If they want honesty they better go for the kids getting out of collge before they get tainted.

It is probably the theory that it takes a crook to find a crook.

Gee, thanks Michele. I was just fascinated with the game and wanted to understand the rules. This is a funny story, I uncovered a loan officer making loans to himself. Took it to my superior, who in turn took it to hers and also was the crooks. Now if they report this, it would look bad in HR against his department, that he was able to do this and getaway with it. So they took his lending authority away and kept silent and he sat there reading the paper for a few years, (I was to young and it ticked me off) I left the bank, My boss left the bank later, Her/his boss passed away. No one could understand why he was not making loans! So he got his lending authority back. few years down the road I get a call on the QT, asking me if what they thought they were seeing was correct and did I know how it was being done, I laughed my as_ off. He got over  a Mill out of them before they caught on! So I told them how and what he was up to, gambling problem, what to look for. The got him in Hawaii and brought him back. The feds do audits, but they really have no clue, I use to handle them with the feds, they were so funny. Unless you really understand the system and I mean know it, you can not see what you are really looking at. Just give them a plassable explantion and they are done! So many things went on, finally got the picture after working for a few different banks, S&L's, to many crooks and left industry.
Then I got into Real Estate, oh help me! Friggen unreal what goes on in this industry. My younger years were filled with the thought "there has to be a bettter way", I started screaming in 2004 that the banking industry was going down, everyone thought I was a nut case, I know what they have on thier books. The only way to really get it, is to love a good game, and want to know how it is played, then you will dig deep enough to understand the puzzle. Does not mean I want to play, I just love finding out, how it is  being played! so looking for insiders to employ is most likley a very good idea, however, there are a very select few that really get it, that was why It took so long to bust him a 2nd time and they still were not sure what they were looking at!!!!!!!

I have watched alot of games over the years. But the saddest thing I see is the kids get out of college and truly believe in the white picket fence and want to succed and believe in the system.  I d not think it is "birds of a feather", I think these kds are being taught, when you see no punishment for bad beaviour.
Our system is so broke, I have always wondered, if you went back to the 50's morality, was it a myth, ignorance.
