I just read a new ad on this board and am wondering - is offering part onwnership of a dog common practice with imports?

I have done co-onership on a couple expensive imports but only with someone that i know very well. it can get very sticky if you have a falling out with someone. You must be very carefull with this and i would not recommend doing it with someone you do not know
