Sometimes you look back at the pictures and think, "Is this REALLY the same dog"?

Okie: No kidding! I am just shocked at how much her color has changed in such a short amount of time (:

Does any other breed of dog have such drastic color changes while growing as the GSD?

Those are some amazing ears alright! My B & T has been constantly changing, and still is at 2 1/2 years. He's been in the process of losing his blanket and trading for a proper saddle, by the looks of it these days.

I was talking about the color change being Amazing . The ears just really got my attention .  Like radar detectors .  LOL  I tell everyone to have their pups micro chipped as if they get lost they may not recognize their own pup in a few weeks time . I find this especially true with the ever changing sable.

Wow! Big difference in color.  I have to chime in with everyone else though on those ears!  She's gonna be a big girl when she grows into those.  What a looker!  You should take her picture every week in the same position and the same background to document the changes.  We put our girl on the loveseat and tried to get consistent photos but some days it was all we could do to get the ones we got.  When I figure out how to post some pics I'll include those.  We did that every week until she turned 6mo then went to every month.  There is one week where she jumped in size so much it's hard to believe it was just one week.  I agree on the microchip...hope you have done that.  With the color changes she will go thru it will be handy should she get loose some day.  Enjoy her!
