For those who like to watch training sessions, this video, which I filmed the other evening, shows Audifax Bosse (Xena) doing some dumbbell retrieves, simple sendaways and redirects, close quarter sit/down/stand/heel/under etc... followed by a series of weave poles with a 90 degree turn...
Any thoughts, opinions etc always welcome...
