Go to Tractor supply or order it from www.revivalanimal.com
make sure you do not buy the bottle that has the word PLUS on it...Most feed stores in all towns have it. do not go in running off your mouth about using it on a dog....i have been told certain chain stores have been instructed to not sell it to anyone using it on a dog...representatives instruct to ask you Is" this for a dog?...Just reply...Sir...I need a bottle of Ivemic liquid please...the 36.00 bottle...thank you...do you have that in your case???
You do not have to tell them who or what you are using it for....none of their business. SOme dummies have taken the Ivemec and used it wrong and tried to sue the company for damages..using it on a dog....any Vet can tell you exactly how to administer.
I told one man in a store in Ohio a few years ago , when he ask me that,",I was gonna put it in the coffee of the pilot of the airplane I was taking back to Texas...." I am a terriorist . He just stood looking at me.. He sold me the bottle without any more questions...
tell them you have a five legged cow.

Are you sure your dog has demodex?? Usually they dip for that. That type of mange is caused by your dogs immune system. If it is bad the dog should not be bred. What did your vet see on the skin scrape?? Did it look like a cigar?? There is more than one type of mange.
I have seen a dog that was accidentally overdosed with Ivermectin .It had seizures and spent a week at an emergency hospital. It cost the owner over $2000 to save this dog. Be sure of what your doing.

Ivemectin is the best thing to give your dog for Demodex it depends on what kind your dog has, Vets give Ivemecton for it.
I use Ivemectin every month on my dogs (for heartworms) etc. you got to be careful with it some breeds you can't give Ivemectin ( Collies are one of the Breeds ) Talk to your Vet about it befor you use it, get a heartworm test done.
I buy it from UPCO .com $ 26.00.
