Has anyone ever heard of mega-e in a puppy that is still nursing??
Radiographs showed obvious dilation of the esophagus and puppy could not keep milk down. There was a narrowing between the distended parts---that the vet said was not caused by a persistent aortic arch and the heart sounded fine.
The puppy appeared to be fine up until yesterday, gaining weight and active. Then started regurgitating and aspirating milk.

Yes, I've seen it a number of times in pups around 3 weeks or under.. the last one just had her 3rd BD.. i only saw the milk arond her nose, she eats raw and has no problem with it.. but she has always thrived.... it just depends on if the pup grows like everyone else.
