First it is "conformation", not confirmation.
She is a nice looking Slovak/Czech pup.
Your pup does not look cow-hocked or to have weak pasterns.
She looks like a pup that is 3-1/2 months old still trying to grow.
Let her grow up, find someone with experience to help you train her properly and most importantly love your pup, devote your life to her as she will you, and enjoy her!

Franquie,
I hope you looked at the site dAWgESome provided, shepherdcentral.com/viewtopic.php
it does give an excellent explanation of how a pastern should look.
Cow hocks are where the joints in the back leg pull in towards each other as if they were magnets. Stand behind your pup and watch to see if they bang against each other as she moves. I'm thinking what I am seeing is more the stance and the angle of the camera shot than true cow hocks. Working lines don't usually have this problem. Just watch her movement or have someone there locally observe her trotting away.
She is just a puppy and those pasterns can tighten up some. Read that website for more info. Enjoy her regardless, she will bring you years of joy. Especially if she is a little stick of dynamite!
Best of luck with her!
