Opinions on my GSD's confirmation would be appreciated. She is currently 15 weeks old. I couldn't get a stacked photo of her, because I had no one to help me take the pictures. Hopefully these will be good enough... Thanks! (:

you are opening a box of worms........

showline people and working line people do not agree about conformaiton and the debates that insue are sometimes quite amazing and painful for the puppy owner.......hope you have think skin.

Well I would imagine the showline people would say she sucks, concidering she isn't showline (: Hopefully the working line people would have better things to say though... I guess we shall see :P

I'm no expert but I think she is beautiful.  She has a nice head, clean stop and muzzle.  Her ears are set well and her neck seems to flow smoothly into her shoulders.  Her topline looks good in the stationary photo, hard to say on the moving shot.  She appears to have good bone but the photos show weak pasterns but it could be the angle.  She's standing a little cowhocked but again, she isn't stacked and I know how it is to try and catch a puppy at a good angle.  I think she's put together fairly well.  Maybe someone with better knowledge than I will chime in.  Enjoy her, she looks like an onery one!

What is a weak pastern and a cowhock?

And yeah, she is EXTREMELY honery haha. I call her my "little stick of dynamite" (:

Franquie,
First it is "conformation", not confirmation.
She is a nice looking Slovak/Czech pup.
Your pup does not look cow-hocked or to have weak pasterns.
She looks like a pup that is 3-1/2 months old still trying to grow.
Let her grow up, find someone with experience to help you train her properly and most importantly love your pup, devote your life to her as she will you, and enjoy her!

Franquie,

I hope you looked at the site dAWgESome provided, shepherdcentral.com/viewtopic.php
it does give an excellent explanation of how a pastern should look.

Cow hocks are where the joints in the back leg pull in towards each other as if they were magnets.   Stand behind your pup and watch to see if they bang against each other as she moves.  I'm thinking what I am seeing is more the stance and the angle of the camera shot than true cow hocks.  Working lines don't usually have this problem.  Just watch her movement or have someone there locally observe her trotting away.

She is just a puppy and those pasterns can tighten up some.  Read that website for more info.   Enjoy her regardless, she will bring you years of joy.  Especially if she is a little stick of dynamite!

Best of luck with her!
Deb
