I don't believe they are registered (like AKC or FCI) they are smaller then the normal long hairs I seen. But looking on the net there are many different shepherds out there I have never heard of and some that I have. All look to be a spin off of the good ol German Shepherd

it is called Chodsky pes. Has been around for a while. I do not know anything about registration. They suffer from HD due to the small breeding choices. Nice dogs, very athletic and fun to have.

Two have been imported into the UK to start a breeding programme

They are registered with the CMKU, and are a Czech sheepdog from one region, they are not a spin off from the GSD and only have the one coat colour. Very intelligent, alert, very agile and good prey drive. They dont all have HD and the breed club decide if a particular mating can go ahead it is strictly control by them.
