My apologies if this has been posted before as my search attempts weren't yielding anything specific to the following:
I'm a first time pup owner and I have a 6 week old male GSD pup whose upper and lower canines (front-right only) are audibly rubbing together the majority of the time he eats or opens and closes his mouth in general. Is it an issue I should have looked into by a vet or is this a common occurrence that will work itself out as the pup continues to grow? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Here are some threads on overbites and malocclusion:

At six weeks it's too early to tell if this will be a problem because those canines are going to come out. Once the permanent teeth are in and they're still rubbing together you may need to have it checked out.
