Channel 6 evening news, (ABC in Philadelphia), is running a video of a yellow lab that was hit by a car, & was protected by another dog, supposedly happened in Queens today. Rescuers finally picked up the injured dog, whose leg was broken, & the other dog ran home....turns out the mix breed, (who kind of looked like a shepherd) was the son of the lab, & both are going to be OK! I'll try to find a link.....jh

I saw that yesterday. How very awesome. The second video shows him really not letting anyone near her.
