Are you talking about the " you will be redirected in x number of seconds" after you submit your comment on a thread? If so, I was wondering the same thing.

No, it is after I have written my comment then hit the "Submit comment" button, that is when it jumps so it is before, it says you will be redirected in x number of seconds.

you are then redirected to the thread that you commented on.
