I believe Pluto was a substantial dog, however I wonder if your pup is getting his size from his dams side.  Who does your puppy look like, sire or dam?  25' and 85 lbs sounds  awfully big at 6.5 mo. old.  Do you know what his dams line brings in size?  IMO I would keep him as active as you can for his age in agility, and leaning how to use and stengthen his body as appropriate for his age of course.  The weight to height ratio would be my concern.  I would do some good research on how and what to feed him as well.  He would be better on the lean side than  chunky.  You should be able to research the dogs before him, and remember he can get size from dams side as well.  Good luck

I never got en exact weight or height of him but in contacts with Jinopo they have told me he was quite large and lumbering. Pard is also a very large dog so you could have a monster on your hands. They are more stocky than tall though. My male also grew very fast. He grew to what looked to be an adult by the time he was 7.5 months. His growth tailed off shortly after and since I work and exercise with him regularly he has stayed at about 92 lbs. Hes 15 months now. Flek z Jeniku
