I am looking at it on a blackberry, and am not an expert at photoshop, but it looks like many pics on here. Maybe they put in a fake backround and keep the actual image of the dog the same. I dunno...... Theresa

If you put it through some filters, then it looks like the topline starting at the ear down to the beginning of the tail has been smoothened out, as well as the shadow in the grass. There is also a smoothing line on the nose ridge, but not on the forhead.

Still looks like a nice female.

There are some definite repeat patterns in the grass background as a result from the cloning brush, probably to remove unwanted distractions, and a stroke was made along the topline which could either be intentional or incidental, which could possibly be considered enhancement. The dog's shadow is overly crisp at it's edges and looks somewhat artificial, especially considering the left hind leg and tail appearantly have no shadow of their own. I'd say the picture looks to have retained the integral structure of the dog, and only intended to polish the impact of its appearance.

Trust me, it's photomanipulated, and no one said she wasn't nice (looking). Bred to standard, perhaps, but I doubt she'd get over an 8 foot wall.
