I just got a new puppy. She is a blue heeler named Panda and is about the size of Addie's head. Addie loves her and is wanting to play with her, but Panda, I'm guessing, is scared to death of Addie. If she's on the ground, she snarls and bites at Addie to go away and addie thinks she's playing. She's okay in my arms, but she wont stay there for long.
Does anyone have advice on how to help Panda get used to Addie?
Thank you,
Haley

Crate the older dog and let the younger dog play with him like that for a while. Then crate the younger dog and let the older dog play around him. Do this inside and out the house. Make sure that their crates are next to each other for bedtime. They will get used to each other. It takes time but anything is possible.
