My Mom has a rod up her back and neck with screws. She let her rott get to many pounds on her, would not be good to jump up into the Vehicle plus she  has age getting to her. She can not pick up a heavy ramp. Anyone know of where to find a light weight one?

try www.dogramp.com or do a search on google for dog ramps.. there are some out there that only weigh about 10-11 lbs but I am not sure about the weight limits... good idea to take some weight off the dog so Mom can handle her in other situations.. mom on the leash and she decides to take off .. there goes mom or she lets the dog go!

Trust me, I am on my Mother about her and "tubby" . When Mom is feeling good they walk 5 miles a day. But she has blood clots in her legs right now and has to stay down and off her feet. Mom feeds guilty so she FEEDS her treats. We are getting "tubby" out for small walks . I am thinking about getting her a dog jogger for when Mom goes down. It is not good for her dog to go up and down in weight depending on Moms health. Thanks for the info

Where do you live? I've got a dog ramp we don't use, you can have it. Looks like I have the double. (Shipping would be ridiculous!)

I also have a couple ramps - You are welcome to, if you live close.
