I'm wondering if it's possible to get life insurance for dogs in the USA?

I know you can get medical insurance,I doubt you can get life insurance,and if you can the cost would be through the roof.Unless you have six figures cost wise into your dog I don't see it being worth purchasingif one can find it.

you cannot get loss ins like you can with show horses I thought that was rather discriminating when I tried this route too! It was told to me only livestock which show horses and racehorses fall under are only allowed.
