Is this an appropriate "comment" for a breeder to make about her own puppy?????  Really wish I hadn't seen that.

Honestly, I don't see where she says anything wrong about the dog, simply states that at this point her contract stipulations with you won't transfer to a third party if you sell the dog without giving her first refusal.  Makes sense to me.

My male has not turned out to be the dog I'd hoped he'd be.  This is no fault of the breeder who sold him to me nor is it the dog's fault it just is what it is and after a year of having him I've accepted that.

You've had Bella about a year right?  If my male's breeder gave me the oppertunity to return him for a full refund, knowing that they would then work with him and rehome him properly while I had a chance to look for something more like what I wanted, I would JUMP at the opportunity.  However, at after a year I would never expect such an overly genereous offer as Silbersee is giving you and please understand, I adore my breeder and would send other people to them, even though this mismatch occured.

You were offered that chance and seem to be letting your emotions over rule your business sense and what also could be best for you, the dog and Silbersee.  I honestly hope you'll rethink your position and realize it would be better to send her back, get your money back, move on and everybody (you, dog, breeder) could be happy.

I never wanted to return Bella and there is no such stipulation in the contract. Time to join the mass exodus out of this place. But I'm not finished with Silbersee yet as I saved the original thread so the entire world can see the truth as to why she really wants Bella back. I'm done here.

sounds to me like a breeder trying to look out for a pup they produced.  I've never seen Silbersee as a malicious, dishonest breeder.  one of the few I would consider purchasing from.

ps I also don't see a problem with Silbersee's post.  Sounds like a responsible breeder who cares about her puppies to  me - generous offer most people would not get the opportunity to even consider.

I remember all those posts you made about Bella; you seemed very unhappy with her, so the breeder said she'd take her back. 

And to answer your question: Yes, I think it was certainly an appropriate comment for the breeder to make.  You posted a lot about Bella (I specifically remember you posting that you might have to part with her), and RLHAR is right - she didn't say anything negative about the dog, just offered to take it back and reminded you that the guarantees are not transferable to another party.

I know this is none of my business . I have never seen triodegirl say she did not want or love Bella . I do not think I ever saw where she said she was going to sell Bella . Was she having some problems getting the  two dogs working well together ? I think so . I never saw her say she was blaming any thing about Bella on the breeder . I think she was really here to ask for help in getting these dogs working with her and not against each other . Do I think she should ad another dog to the mix right now ?  No . Not until Bella grows up some and Triodegirl gets the dogs under total control . I do think she has the right to live her life as she see's fit . I don't think she has any bad intent on Bella or on the well being of Bella . JMO

you are truly unbelievable. What is wrong with you? What I posted under comments is simply what I had posted before, copied and pasted. Yes,  I do hope you saved this as well, so you can compare.
I saved all of our correspondence, as you never know when it comes in handy. But I have to admit: You scare me! More and more, you are like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide.
You admitted in the now erased threads (which you renamed a couple of times) that you wanted everything to get deleted. I knew you would succeed, so I copied my offer to you and the reminder of our contract (so, you could not turn around and sell Bella for an inflated price) and pasted it under comments. Comments are not subject to moderation! That means that the remarks will stay for the world to read.
I wish you would return Bella to me, so we can truly be done with each other.

triodegirl, I feel sorry for Bella and Chris. I won't miss you and your continous changes of dogs who are never good enough.  Bella is the third dog I've watched your drama with.
