Just give Panacur for dogs to dogs and for horses to horses
Are you also get pain tabletts for cows if you are in pain
Or wormtablets for horses if you need a de-worm tablet Dont think so
Is it about a dollar be saved ??? What if it go wrong look what you loose

Your post doesn't make sense?
Did you not read my post? Safe-guard Dewormer of Goats..buy it at Tractor supply Fenbendazole
http://www.petplace.com/drug-library/fenbendazole-panacur/page1.aspx
Do you want my Vets phone number.?. WHo do you think told me how to worm my german shepherds? A goldfish breeder at Petsmart?
Actually Fish get the same wormers, and antibotics that dogs and humans take ;same wormers and antibotics..SO what is the question?
Maybe you need to read and research health and practices.
Also, your vet may not give you the same info my vet does because I have developed a very good repoir with my vets for the past 35 years. They know if they advise me how I know HOW> Ones reputation as a breeder or pet owner has a lot to do with what your vet will agree to tell you.
That makes a difference as to if your vet is willing to give you ie how and what to use . They prescribe it to you and end of the visit.
Most vets will not discuss over the phone what and how to do wormings, shots or treatment.

saving money is a BIG deal during our present ecomomic conditions
each worming pill costs about $4, a large dog will need 2. worming time with my pack would cost $8 bucks, every 4 to 8 weeks. using panacur is about 1/4 the cost per year
ivermec is even more of a cost savings
heart worm treatment was about $70 a month for my pack of 4
a bottle of ivermec costs about $45 and will last about 2 years
i wish there was a good subsitute for flea and tick control it costs about $65 a month.........
As with many out there - if I couln't have found a more economical way to do all of these things for my dogs, they would either go without, or one would have to be given up.
there is very little demand for large dogs right now so the one given up would have had to go to the pound and be killed......
the choice comes down to, not treating dogs (for worms, heart worms or fleas), treat them with a more economical products, or take one away to be killed?

I dn't know that the BS is in Panacur. Does anyone out there know what it is an if its ok for dogs..........
With horses, we rotate wormers so that the worms do not become tolerant.

READ THE WHOLE ARTICLE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
PANACUR IS SOLD IN MANY FORMS I PREFER LIQUID BECAUSE I CAN READ THE EXACT LEVEL ON A NEEDLE SYRINGE WITHOUT ANY GUESSING ...PASTE IS A GUESS...JMGO
THERE ARE 100 RESEARCH AND GOOGLE SITES TO GO TO.
ATTN: SITASMOM
Panacur is also used for other bacterial disruptions in the gut....upset bacterial and is usually prescribed for many kinds of upset tummie.
Owner of the dog must know where, what or how his dog got sick...if you watch your pet, know your yard, acreage and the place your dog was this morning before it got upset tummy, or what 43 things it put its mouth on since last night....then you can treat yourself.
Panacur can be ordered from Revivalanimal.com or go to the local feedstore , it is called Safeguard dewormer for Goats. 10% same exact wormer your vet gives you for 20.00 for a 3 04 5 day dose. One bottle of goat wormer is 18.00 in Texas. Foster & Smith sells it also..I prefer liquid.
dosage for giving: per my vet: 10% solution /
double if 5% solution.
FOR 10% solution:1 cc per 4 lbs....abbreviation for pounds. give for 3 days
same dosage for cocci or three worms like whips etc 5 day dosage...anything else is 7 - 10 days.
I use 1 cc per 7 lbs per my other vets dosage..so have at it. not gonna kill your pup or dog..much safer and more effective than what pyrantel kills..I use pyrantel pamoate on my pups till they are 8 weeks old than dose the panacur before they leave me.
I do not know what bs is..Just like Ivemec plus. you do not use PLUS for dogs. You use Ivemec regular for dogs.
The second ingredient in Ivemec (plus) can be dangerous for a dog. It is used in cattle only. Do not buy it for dogs.
